Warehouse and factory floors are not dirty in the way an office floor is dirty. There is packaging, pallet fragments, cable ties, grit off forklift tyres and, in most plants, a permanent background of fine dust that settles again the moment it is disturbed. A sweep that lifts debris without containing dust simply moves the problem into the air.
The Beetle is an industrial sweeper built for that load. Two side brushes pull debris into the path, a roller brush lifts it into a sealed 45 L bin, and a 1,320 m³/h suction motor with large-area HEPA filtration holds the fine fraction instead of exhausting it. It comes in Standard and Pro versions, and every wear part — bin, side brushes, roller — comes off without tools.
Where the Beetle sits in the range
Beetle covers dry sweeping in industrial space. If the floor also carries oil, coolant or food residue, a scrubber is the correct tool, and the C5 scrubs, sweeps and dust-mops in one pass. If the problem is purely fibre and dust on a dry workshop floor, the Q3-W is tuned for that material. Beetle sits in the middle: general industrial debris at volume, with dust control that keeps it out of the air.
What sets the Beetle apart
- Sealed 45 L debris bin, so a full shift does not turn into repeated emptying trips
- 1,320 m³/h suction through large-area HEPA filtration, capturing fine dust rather than recirculating it
- Dual side brushes plus roller brush handle bulky waste and small grit in the same pass
- 0 cm edge cleaning, so aisles finish in one run without a second pass along the racking
- 750 mm cleaning width with a 750 mm minimum passage, sized for warehouse aisles
- 3D LiDAR with 360° coverage up to 70 m, plus front, rear and side camera coverage
- Tool-free removal of bin, side brush and roller, so staff can service it without a technician
- Standard and Pro versions: Pro adds battery capacity and over five hours of runtime

Best suited to
Warehouses and distribution centres with mixed packaging debris. Manufacturing plants where swarf, dust and offcuts collect along aisles. Logistics hubs and loading zones. Workshops where a wet scrubber would be the wrong tool because the floor is dry and the waste is bulky.
Deployment and support
Jaelin Tech supplies the Beetle worldwide, with commissioning support, operator training, spare parts and remote technical support. Send us your floor area, surface type and the soiling you are dealing with, and we will confirm whether the Beetle is the right machine or point you to a better fit in the range. OEM and ODM cooperation is available.
Frequently asked questions
Does HEPA filtration mean it can run in a dust-sensitive plant?
It is built for dust-suppressed sweeping, and the filter holds the fine fraction rather than exhausting it. Where airborne dust is a regulated risk, tell us the material and we will confirm the right configuration.
How often does the bin need emptying?
The bin is 45 L and sealed. How far that goes depends on debris volume, but it is sized so that a normal shift does not require repeated emptying.
What is the difference between Standard and Pro?
Battery capacity and runtime. Standard runs over three hours on 40 Ah; Pro runs over five hours on 60 Ah. Cleaning width and bin size are identical.
