Most facade robots assume there is something to hang from. The lifting robot does not: it is a 3,900 kg tracked platform that drives to the wall, levels itself on four outriggers and lifts its own spray mast to 12 m of working height. For low- and mid-rise walls, podiums and façade sections that have no gondola and no scaffold, it is the whole access plan in one machine.
Travel is 0–8 m/min on a tracked undercarriage that clears 10 cm obstacles; the mast rises at 4.5 m/min to give a spray span of 3 m or more per pass. A 100 L material tank feeds the 2 kW spray system, with a separate 7.5 kW air supply at 13 bar — the sort of duty cycle a hand-held sprayer on a scaffold cannot sustain for a full shift.

Where it fits
The lifting robot is the choice when the wall is reachable from the ground but the building offers no facade access: podium levels, plant-room walls, retaining structures, commercial fronts up to about twelve metres, and repainting phases where scaffold would close the entrance for weeks. For tall towers where a gondola already exists, the hanging painting robot is the lighter answer; for dams and slopes, the climbing dam robot takes over.
The machine has also run in Gulf conditions on villa-development projects, where sustained heat and dust set the operating envelope for paint work.
Deployment and support
Jaelin Tech supplies the lifting robot worldwide with commissioning support, operator training and remote technical support. Send us the wall heights, areas and access constraints of the site, and we will confirm whether ground-based lifting or hanging access is the right plan. OEM and ODM cooperation is available.
Frequently asked questions
Can it work on uneven ground?
Yes. The tracked undercarriage is built for construction-side terrain, and the four outriggers level the platform before the mast rises.
What limits the 12 m height?
Mast length and stability, not the concept — the height is customisable per project when the wall and ground allow it.
One pass covers 3 m — how is full coverage achieved?
The machine moves laterally between passes with a controlled overlap, the same way a hand sprayer works, except that the overlap is set once and held for every pass.
