Warehouse Floor Cleaning Robot — Night-Shift Coverage, Quoted in 24 Hours

Warehouse cleaning usually fails for one reason: it has to happen at night, and the night shift is the hardest one to fill. We supply the machines that work that shift unattended — and the brushes, squeegees, filters and dust bags they will need for the next three years. Send us your aisle width, floor area and shift pattern; you get a machine recommendation, a coverage estimate and a written quote within one working day.

4,000 m²/hpeak cleaning rate, widest scrub deck
800 mmscrub width — 1,024 mm squeegee
140 / 170 Lclean and recovery tanks
24 hquote turnaround, working days

Three things every warehouse hits

  • Nobody applies for the night shift. Cleaning after the shift is exactly the job that stays unfilled the longest — so the floor is cleaned on the days it can be staffed, and skipped on the days it cannot.
  • The window is shorter than the route. When inbound runs late, the ninety minutes set aside for aisle cleaning become forty. Cleaning is the first task cut.
  • The building keeps growing. New racking and a new dock add floor area, but the cleaning headcount does not move. Coverage per labour hour falls every year.

Machines we would put on a warehouse floor

SC80Wide scrub deck and large tanks for production halls and storage floors, built for long unattended cycles with automatic return to charge. The default choice where the whole floor is cleaned in one pass schedule.
SW80A850 mm cleaning width, maps up to 40,000 m², quiet mode for up to 12 hours. Fits wide open floors where noise and uptime both matter.
Scrubber 50460 mm deck for narrow aisles and machine-side lanes. Washes and dries in a single pass, so the floor is walkable immediately behind it.

What comes with the quote

  • A coverage estimate, not a guess. Based on your real area, aisle width and available hours — including how many units a single shift actually needs.
  • Spare parts and consumables on the same order. Brushes, squeegees, filters and dust bags with their replacement intervals stated up front, so the annual cost is arithmetic rather than a surprise.
  • No minimum fleet. A single unit, a mixed fleet or a staged rollout all get quoted. Small quantities are the part the large integrators would rather not handle.
How we work

  • Send the model plate photo, aisle width and floor area — a rough sketch is enough.
  • We confirm the machine class and the exact consumable part numbers before anything is ordered.
  • Quote, lead time and shipping terms come back in writing, within one working day.
