Waterless Mop Cloth Set for SW55A and SW80A Cleaning Robots

On a waterless machine the cleaning cloth is doing the job a scrub deck does on a tank machine — and it is the part that wears out first. Because there is no clean-water tank and no wastewater tank to empty, everything depends on the cloth staying in condition: once it is loaded or glazed, the machine is still navigating and still finishing its route, but it has stopped cleaning properly.

What this part does

The cloth completes the mop and dust-mop stages of the 4-in-1 process on the SW55A and the equivalent stages on the SW80A. It picks up fine dust and the thin film of soil that sweeping and vacuuming leave behind, which is what gives a floor the uniform finish a visitor actually notices. There is no wet-floor interval and nothing to drain — so the cloth is the whole wet-stage.

When the SW55A waterless cleaning cloth needs replacing

• Between uses: rinse or launder the cloth after each shift. Waterless machines depend entirely on cloth condition, so this single habit extends life more than anything else.
• Visual: cloth compressed flat, glazed, frayed at the edges, or no longer gripping the bracket properly.
• Scheduled: buy a rotating set — two or three sets per machine is normal. It keeps a clean cloth on the machine while the other is being washed.
