The hard part of scrubbing a commercial floor is rarely the scrubbing. It is the water: filling the tank before the shift, emptying it afterwards, and finding somewhere to do both without crossing the busiest part of the building with a tank of dirty water.
The M1 treats water handling as part of the machine. It refills and drains automatically, the waste tank cleans itself to hold back bacterial growth, and detergent is dosed from a 2 L reservoir that covers up to five tanks of water. Dual roller brushes scrub to a near-residue-free finish, and the 68 cm squeegee lifts and re-applies pressure automatically so the floor behind it is dry.
Where the M1 sits in the range
The M1 is the general-purpose scrubber in the range. Where the floor is heavily soiled with oil or grease, the C5 has the water capacity and brush pressure for it. Where the site is a high-traffic concourse that must never look tired, the SW GT is built for that duty cycle. M1 is the machine for everyday wet cleaning in ordinary commercial premises, with water handling that does not need a dedicated operator.
What sets the M1 apart
- Automatic water refill and drain, so the shift does not depend on someone hauling tanks
- Self-cleaning waste tank that suppresses bacterial growth between shifts
- Dual roller brushes scrub to a near-residue-free finish, with a 68 cm squeegee on automatic pressure
- 2 L detergent reservoir covers up to five tanks of water, so dosing is not a daily task
- Wet and dry waste handled separately, which is what keeps the tank from turning into sludge
- AI obstacle avoidance with 2D LiDAR, TOF, RGB-D, line laser and an anti-collision strip
- 3.5 hours scrubbing or 8 hours dust-mopping per charge, covering both wet and dry duties

Frequently asked questions
Does it need a plumbed water connection?
No. It refills and drains at its station, so the station needs water and a drain, but the route itself needs no plumbing.
How does it differ from the Scrubber 50?
The Scrubber 50 is the compact dedicated scrubber for entrances and tight service areas. The M1 carries larger tanks, a wider squeegee and full water automation, so it suits a whole building rather than a zone.
Does it sweep as well as scrub?
Yes. Scrubbing, sweeping and dust-mopping are three modes on the same machine, so a dry pass and a wet pass do not need two units.
