Filter Cartridge for Floor Cleaning Robots and Scrubber Dryers

Replacement filter cartridges for SC50, SC80, S100-N, SW55A, SW80A and Scrubber 50 floor cleaning robots. Why a clogged filter cuts suction, replacement intervals, and how to confirm fit.

The filter is the cheapest part on the machine and the one that quietly costs you the most when it is neglected. Once it clogs, suction drops, dirty water sits longer in the recovery path, and the machine starts leaving more moisture on the floor — while still reporting a completed task.

What this part does

On a scrubber dryer, the filter protects the recovery path: it traps debris before it reaches the vacuum motor and pump. On our waterless machines, the filtration stage keeps dust and fine debris out of the recovery system so the machine keeps its suction instead of slowly choking on the dirt it is collecting.

Compatible models

Filter format varies by machine family — tank machines, waterless machines and wide-area sweepers do not share a cartridge. Confirm the exact part number with our team before ordering.

When a floor scrubber filter replacement is due

  • On suction: the tell-tale sign is a fall in recovery — more water left behind, longer drying, or the machine sounding as if it is working harder.
  • On inspection: a filter that stays discoloured after rinsing, or has damaged pleats or a swollen seal.
  • Scheduled: rinse weekly, replace every 1–3 months. In dusty environments such as warehouses and car parks, replace sooner.

How to confirm you are ordering the right part

  1. Machine model as printed on the unit.
  2. A photo of the existing filter, including the housing it sits in.
  3. Whether the machine is a tank or waterless unit — the format differs.
