Which Part Fits Which Robot — Spare Parts Cross-Reference

A spare part is only useful if it fits the machine on your floor. This table maps every part and consumable we stock to the robots they fit, so a mixed fleet can be maintained from one order instead of five. If your fleet carries a different badge or a deck you are not sure about, send the model plate photo and a photo of the part being replaced — we will confirm the exact item before anything ships.

Interval figures assume a normal single-shift schedule; abrasive flooring, heavy hours and dusty sites shorten all of them. Parts marked on condition are replaced when inspection says so, not to a calendar.

How to read the cross-reference

  • Compatibility is by part family. The same machine can be delivered with a disc deck or a roller deck, and those take different brushes. The model plate on your unit is the ground truth.
  • Roller machines take roller brushes. SC50 and SC80 use a double-roller deck; Scrubber 50 uses a disc or roller deck depending on the version. This is the most common mix-up when ordering.
  • Waterless machines have their own consumables. SW55A and SW80A use mop cloths and a dedicated cylindrical brush instead of pads and squeegees.
  • Signage and markers are site-specific. Warning signs fit every fleet; QR floor markers depend on whether your navigation uses code-based positioning.

Planning the annual parts budget

Every product page carries a maintenance-rhythm chart showing all wear parts on that machine and their typical intervals, so the yearly consumable spend can be planned instead of improvised. Start from the maintenance schedule guide, then order per machine from the spare parts and consumables range. Mixed fleets and small quantities are welcome — send us your list and it comes back as a written quote.
